Pool House by Isla Verde Beach

This house is beautiful and clean! It was only a short walk to the beach and many restaurants. 8 of us stayed here for 4 nights and had no issues. Highly recommend!

We were beyond impressed of this house. Super convenient for our group size & great location. Many restaurants in walking distance & the beach as well! Neighborhood is very peaceful which is just what we were looking for. We loved every bit of our trip especially the house. The host was responsive and accommodating to our needs in a timely fashion. 10/10 recommend!

The vrbo was as described with an addition with a new built bedroom. The host was quick to respond and very helpful.

Overall location was great, felt very safe in gated community. Photos were pretty accurate, buttt the house could definitely use a deep clean. Some dishes were dusty, shower floors had stains, the cleaning crew was in a rush and left some crumb piles. The house is large especially if you use the back home so owner should pay more for an extra cleaning person. The property manager was however great with communication! Had cleaning crew purchase more towels for us which was helpful. The beach IS a short walk however if you’re scared of heights don’t count on walking!! You have to walk across a bridge that goes over the highway.

House was updated, big, clean, beautiful, amazing backyard!!! Perfect 5 min drive to beach/ 15 min walk. Close to grocery store and a bunch of beach restaurants.
